These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and your purchase of products and subscriptions from A Chef’s Best Friend LLC (“we,” “our,” “us”). By visiting our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and all related policies. By accessing this website or purchasing from A Chef’s Best Friend LLC, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and all related policies (Privacy, Refund, and Delivery).

1. Products and Subscriptions
All products are made-to-order, small-batch, and perishable. Orders are available via local delivery in Coastal Virginia as described in our Delivery Policy.
Subscription orders renew automatically on your chosen billing cycle unless canceled or paused at least 72 hours before renewal.
2. Pricing and Payments
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and subject to change based on ingredient and delivery costs.
Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment provider. We do not store full payment information.
3. Deliveries
We currently provide hand delivery only to the Hampton Roads and Coastal Virginia area.
Customers must leave a cooler bag or designated delivery space as described in our Delivery Policy.
We are not responsible for spoilage caused by delays in retrieval or incorrect delivery information.
We are not liable for delays or failure to deliver due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, transportation interruptions, labor shortages, or acts of government.
4. Refunds and Cancellations
Due to the perishable nature of our meals, returns are not accepted once an order has shipped.
If your order arrives damaged, spoiled, or incorrect, contact us within 3 days for a replacement or refund.
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after approval.
Subscription cancellations must be made at least 72 hours before billing.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password.
You agree to provide accurate, up-to-date information when creating or updating your account.

Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.

A Chef’s Best Friend LLC is not liable for adverse reactions caused by allergies, overfeeding, or failure to follow feeding guidelines.
A Chef’s Best Friend LLC provides fresh, handmade dog food made with wholesome, restaurant quality ingredients. However, our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
Always consult your veterinarian before making significant changes to your pet’s diet, especially if your dog has known allergies, medical conditions, or specific dietary needs.
By purchasing or feeding our products, you acknowledge that you understand and accept full responsibility for determining whether our food is appropriate for your pet.
