We want every dog and owner to be completely satisfied with our fresh pet food. Because our meals are made-to-order per subscription and contain perishable ingredients, we cannot accept returns once an order has shipped.
However, we stand behind the quality of our products and our customer experience.

Refunds and Replacements

If your order arrives damaged, spoiled, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at chefsbestfriendpetfood.com with your order number and photos.

We will gladly offer a replacement shipment or refund depending on the situation.

Refunds (when approved) are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Cancellations

Subscription orders can be modified or canceled up to 72 hours before your next billing date.

Other orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of ordering.

After processing or shipment, orders cannot be canceled due to the perishable nature of our food.
